Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify sizes, addresses, items, or apply discount codes after purchase.

If duplicate orders are placed, only one order may be honored depending on stock availability and store discretion.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied during checkout. We are unable to manually apply or refund discount codes after an order has already been completed.

Any misuse of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

SHIPPING

Processing times may vary during drops and high-volume releases. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

LIMITED RELEASES

Most products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or limit quantities at our discretion if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.
